Horned Frogs Concert Tickets

The Horned Frogs revival tour is coming to Fort Worth in a week and we've got your tickets here at Fdub 99.9.! In preparation we'll be playing all of their greatest hits throughout the week and we'll be asking trvia questions throughout with various prizes ranging from a signed copy of their compilation album to tikets to their upcoming concert.

Helping Hands Across America and TCU...

What up Fdub 99.9.!! To everybody who is TCU’s student and listener of the Fdub 99.9 YOU should support and help to Texas Christian University and Helping Hands Across America to stop hunger in our community. Bring whatever quantity of canned food to the Market Square on TCU on the Brown Lupton University Union at 3005 Stadium Dr on November 12^th to support this noble cause and maybe even set a Guinness World Record with this activity. The goal to achieve for the Guinness Record is a total of 2,000 canned foods during one day.

Come, enjoy the food of the Market Square and help to Texas Christian University to achieve this goal that will be for the benefit of many humans of our society.

Benefit concert for Fort Hood victims

Listen up Fdub99.9 fans!! Here at Fdub 99.9, we fully support our troops and want to help out the victims of the recent Fort Hood shooting. Fdub is holding a benefit concert and auction for the victims and the victim’s families November 28. We will have several top notch artists performing at Nokia Theater in Grand Prairie where 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the cause. Knowing that such an attack took place so close to home soil, we want everyone not just Fort Hood but all military personal in the country to know that the Metroplex of north Texas is thankful for their contribution to keep this country free. Tickets will start selling next Friday and ticket prices will range anywhere from $25-$100. The artists are going to perform a concert and then there will be a 20 minute intermission. After the 20 minute intermission, there will be a plethora of celebrity signed objects that the public will be able to place a bid. We are counting on our listeners (this means you) to come to our charity event to show our support for the loved ones lost at Fort Hood. This event we hope to bring everyone closer by expressing ourselves through music while giving to a great cause. We hope to see you there!

John Mayer's New Album!

What up Fdub 99.9 listeners!

For those of you who haven't heard, John Mayer's new album Battle Studies will be dropping November 17th! That's a little more than a week away! With past album hits like most recent Continuum and favorite classics like Room for Squares, Mayer is soon to skyrocket up the charts with rumored new singles of a more raw, unadulterated emotional soundtrack. Fdub 99.9 will be playing quite a few of our selected favorites next Tuesday, so be sure to submit in some of your favorites the second it comes out!

I know we personally just can't wait to get our hands on it!
